- Open
/leads. - Select the correct contact type, such as leads or customers.
- Use search and filters to narrow the dataset.
- Review the row data and open the relevant record or detail surface.
- Apply the needed update or start the next workflow.
- Confirm the table and record reflect the updated state.
Expected Result¶
- the correct contact record is identified
- the needed action is completed without affecting the wrong contact
Common Mistakes¶
- searching in the wrong contact type mode
- leaving stale filters active
- assuming the new UI and classic UI expose identical workflows
Troubleshooting¶
- if counts or rows look wrong, clear filters and verify contact type first
- if the search result is missing, verify the field being searched, such as phone or VIN
