Creating And Managing Broadcasts

Purpose

Use this workflow to review existing campaigns, create a new broadcast, or update campaign details.

Prerequisites

  • access to /broadcasts
  • permission to manage campaigns

Steps

  1. Open /broadcasts.
  2. Review the current day’s campaigns and filters.
  3. Launch the broadcast wizard for a new campaign, or open an existing campaign row.
  4. Configure audience, message, schedule, and campaign status as required.
  5. Save or update the campaign.
  6. Open campaign leads if recipient-level detail is needed.

Expected Result

  • the campaign is created or updated correctly
  • campaign leads can be reviewed from the drilldown view

Common Mistakes

  • editing a campaign without verifying its current status
  • assuming analytics charts fully validate operational performance
  • forgetting to verify scheduled date behavior in Phoenix time

Troubleshooting

  • if changes do not persist, retry the update and verify the row still exists with a valid ID
  • if results look incomplete, verify filters and campaign status selection
