Reviewing AI Settings

Purpose

Use this workflow to review AI runtime status, schedules, and prompt content from the Admin interface.

Prerequisites

  • admin access
  • access to /admin

Steps

  1. Open /admin.
  2. Expand the AI Administration section.
  3. Review:
  4. No Agent enabled state
  5. Yes Agent enabled state
  6. active start time
  7. active end time
  8. Select the relevant prompt.
  9. Review the current draft or published content.
  10. Save a draft if editing is needed.
  11. Publish only after approval or review.

Expected Result

  • AI runtime settings are correctly understood and, if needed, updated
  • prompt changes are stored as draft or published intentionally

Common Mistakes

  • publishing prompt edits without review
  • troubleshooting AI behavior without checking the active time window
  • assuming a prompt issue when the real issue is a workflow gate or toggle

Troubleshooting

  • if prompt routes fail, verify Cloudflare runner configuration and prompt API availability
  • if AI actions stop unexpectedly, verify toggles and schedule before deeper debugging
